Since my table is banquet sized, I thought of using a bunch of different, shabby, vases to line the center of the table. I used a mixture of glass jars, bud vases, vintage fleur de lis glasses and white hobnail vases. Next I visited my friend Lori, of Flore Fine Flowers for some floral ideas. We decided to use champagne roses to compliment the pink of the toile napkins along with some green berries.

Tablescape #2:
I just love this color combination! Orange lamour linen with orange lamour napkin and chair cover. The arrangements use purple orchids in glass containers with bear grass. Each napkin has a purple orchid. Simple, classy and delivers a huge color punch!

On your wedding day, you can be sure cameras will be on you constantly. For most of us, this can be quite intimidating. It’s your wedding day and you want the pictures be fabulous, right?
Here are five easy tips on how to look amazing in your wedding photos:
1: Check your posture! Good posture can dramatically improve your appearance in pictures. Shoulders back and straighten up, put one foot forward and turn your body at an angle with your face looking directly toward the photographer. Just remember to breathe and relax, you don’t want to look stiff.
2: Tilt your chin down slightly; a little past where you would hold your head normally. Ask any photographer, this is a flattering angle on anyone! You want to be sure to not over do it; this can create the dreaded double chin.
3: Do your homework. Look at wedding magazines and find poses that intrigue you. Try practicing in front of a mirror. Discuss the poses that you like with your photographer they will most likely help you attain the look you are going for.
4: Speak up. If there is a special place or look you are going for be sure to let your photographer know. Say something if the sun is in your eyes or if there is a chill in the air. Remember, these are your pictures and your photographer wants you to be happy.
5: Candid shots. Forget about the cameras. Just relax and enjoy your wedding day. The best candid shots are when you are natural and let your true feelings shine through. This will be one of the most special days of your life and the look on your face will be so much more than a posed smile. These pictures will be priceless and cherished forever!
